People seek individual therapy when they’re stuck. When they want to make changes, or feel better, but find themselves unable to do so by themselves.

Distractions may allow you to get away from how you’re really feeling for awhile.

And friends and family can be important supports.

*Develop more harmony between conflicting parts of yourself.  This conflict can often be the root of the distressing symptoms you are experiencing.

*Experience your life as more meaningful and fulfilling.
